Everything you need to know about our exterior cleaning services, process, and what to expect.
Soft washing uses low-pressure water combined with specialized biodegradable cleaning solutions to safely remove moss, algae, mildew, and organic stains. Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and is best for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. We use the right method for each surface to ensure a thorough clean without damage.
Our soft wash roof treatment is specifically designed for asphalt shingle roofs (we do not service cedar shake roofs). While you'll notice an immediate improvement, the soft wash treatment continues working over 3–6 months. The cleaning solution kills moss and algae at the root, and as rain naturally washes the debris away, your roof will look progressively cleaner. Our Before & After gallery shows results at the 6-month mark.
We never use high pressure on roofs or siding. For these surfaces, we exclusively use our soft wash process, which is gentle enough for shingles, cedar, vinyl, and painted surfaces while still being highly effective at removing growth and stains.
Our standard pressure washing service removes organic stains like moss, algae, dirt, and weathering from concrete and pavers. For non-organic stains such as oil, grease, or rust that require a degreaser or specialty treatment, there is an additional charge. We’ll let you know during your estimate if any stains on your property fall into this category so there are no surprises.
In the Pacific Northwest, we recommend roof cleaning every 1–2 years and house washing annually. Gutters should be cleaned at least twice a year (spring and fall). Driveways and patios benefit from annual pressure washing. We can set up a maintenance schedule tailored to your property.
We serve Lake Oswego, West Linn, Oregon City, Happy Valley, Canby, Wilsonville, and surrounding communities in the Portland metro area. Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water and the areas being cleaned, we can complete most exterior services while you’re away. We’ll send before and after photos so you can see the results.
Rain actually helps the soft wash process! For roof treatments, rain assists in washing away treated moss and algae. For pressure washing, we monitor the forecast and will reschedule if heavy rain would interfere with the quality of our work.
We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with the results, let us know and we’ll come back to address any concerns. For soft wash roof treatments, we guarantee the treatment will continue working over the following months as described.
